Lighting has a key part to play in a kitchen design, from being used to zone areas to creating the right atmosphere and implementing the right task lighting for cooking and cleaning.

Look up

Strip lighting under cabinetry has been popular for a long time, however for a contemporary twist, try up-lighting instead. Bring a sense of drama and draw attention to a statement splashback with upward facing lights or highlight a particular area above your worktop, for example a hob, to zone off a cooking space.
