Plot 1: The Blue House, Terry & Olwen

Having been priced out of buying in their area, self-build is the only way that Jack and Hannah can afford to get on the housing ladder. Jack is extremely resourceful with his chosen materials and building their home himself saves them a fortune in labour costs. Read more about their self build.

Like many of their generation, they’ve been priced out of the housing market where they live, so they have decided to spend their savings on an innovative and experimental ‘flatpack’ U-Build home.
