A kitchen with great views

The brief for this mid-terrace Victorian property was to create a more habitable space. The build involved moving the living space into the loft space with two bedrooms below. Now a lounge, kitchen and dining area enjoy expansive views out across London. A specialist clay has been used to finish the walls.

A streamlined bedroom

The owners of this south London Victorian property wanted their loft extension to house additional bedrooms. They were keen for the rooms to be as energy-efficient as possible. The resulting spaces are calming and light filled and one also functions as an office.

This inspirational en-suite bathroom was part of a nine-month, whole house project in an Edwardian semi-detached property. Velux windows and fully tiled walls make an impressive backdrop for the hi-spec twin basins and designer shower.
