The Emerging Brands area is a chance for those newer brands to showcase their new ideas, whether it’s creative materials or inspired design concepts that could soon make a big impact on the market.

It’s the perfect place for enthusiasts to discover what’s next in the world of home design and to explore fresh inspiration with the ‘ones to watch’.

This makes the often daunting and expensive process more cost-effective and user-friendly.

It’s going to be game-changing for the bespoke fitted furniture industry.

Tyrecrete

The idea for Tyrecrete came when the founder was working as a civil engineering manager in Afghanistan.

It was an austere environment with a shortage of natural aggregates but an abundance of damaged tyres; with space at a premium, many waste tyres were burnt.

This led to the idea of using shredded and chipped tyres as aggregates.

On arrival back in the UK, he also discovered that we have a huge problem with disposal of tyres, too.

To avoid the unnecessary pollution, fire hazards and health risks – this new sustainable concept ensures none of the tyre contents are sent to landfill.

Alongside these environmental benefits, Tyrecrete improves concrete in many ways such as flexural, acoustic, thermal, ballistic, crack resistance and reduced weight.

It’s a great problem-solving innovation on a global scale.

Graphenstone

These purifying paints are at the forefront of sustainable change in the paints industry.

Offering high quality, health-conscious paints that combine traditional raw materials with an innovative material: graphene, which is an inert carbon, enhances the paint’s durability, compression and coverage.

Graphenstone’s lime-based paints actually help to purify the air as they cure (the majority in the first 30 days after application).

The Ambient Pro+ range actually continually eliminates airborne pollutants and toxic gases allowing for healthier and more visually appealing spaces.

It’s already recognised as one of the world’s most certified and sustainable paint brands, it was chosen for its natural paints that are ideal for heritage properties.

WeGrillTable™

Enjoy a barbecue without the smoky eyes or chilly UK weather with this amazing new Danish innovation, now available at UK garden centres.

WeGrillTable offers a social dining experience. It’s a solid Nordic oak table with a built-in smokeless charcoal grill, which allows people to grill together, enjoying the warmth and company.

The patented 5-in-1 grill table is designed to utilise energy from the briquettes to create an internal airflow. This takes on the shape of two vortices just under the cooking grate, and these collect and guide any smoke away and out through the flue. It’s a wonderful innovation that will transform barbecues and outdoor dining forever.
