This smart conversion in an Edwardian semi-detached townhouse took just three months and involved creating a master suite at the top of the house. As well as the show-stopping silver roll top bath there is a hidden shower and banks of built-in storage.

The brief for this mid-terrace Victorian property was to create a more habitable space. The build involved moving the living space into the loft space with two bedrooms below. Now a lounge, kitchen and dining area enjoy expansive views out across London. A specialist clay has been used to finish the walls.

The owners of this south London Victorian property wanted their loft extension to house additional bedrooms. They were keen for the rooms to be as energy-efficient as possible. The resulting spaces are calming and light filled and one also functions as an office.
